(*) Students have to provide a certificate from his/her PhD supervisor when registering, otherwise the Senior fee will be charged.

Registration fee includes:  
  • Admission to all Scientific Sessions
  • Admission to the Exhibition and Poster areas
  • Conference materials
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunches on 2 September (Monday), 3 September (Tuesday) and 5 September (Thursday)
  • Access to the Ice Breaker party on 1 September (Sunday)
  • Access to the Palaeomusicology Concert on 5 September (Tuesday)
Please note that the effective date of your Conference registration is the date we receive your payment and not the receipt of the registration. Once the full payment reaches the Conference Secretariat, a letter of confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.
Letters of invitation: the Conference Secretariat will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to individual scientists. Invitations of this kind are intended to assist potential delegates to raise their travel funds or obtain visas. They do not imply any commitment or responsibility on behalf of the Conference to provide financial support such as travel/health insurance. Delegates requesting a letter of invitation must be registered and pay through bank transfer. No credit card payment will be accepted.
You will receive a personalized badge when collecting your registration documents. During the Conference, this badge must be clearly visible at all times and will grant you access to the Poster Exhibition.
Tickets for the Conference Dinner on 3 September (Tuesday) can be bought through the on-line registration when registering. Tickets are €75 per participant.
Terms of payment:
The total amount should be paid in EURO (payments in other currencies will not be accepted) in favour of Mondial & Cititravel Congresos by the following procedures:

Registration Cancellation policy:
Cancellations received until 31 May, 2013 are subject to an administrative charge of €40.00. No refunds will be given on cancellations received after that date. Refund requests should be submitted to the Conference Secretariat.
Please present your letter of confirmation at the registration desk upon arrival.
